1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions govern all transactions carried out through the Kuttab website. Any order, subscription or use of Kuttab services implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose

This contract aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale, subscription and use of Kuttab digital services over the Internet. Kuttab is a solution designed for the management of Quran schools, Kuttab centers, Islamic institutes, Arabic learning centers and traditional education institutions.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of this contract, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below: • “Service”: all digital features offered by Kuttab. • “Customer”: any individual or legal entity subscribing to a Kuttab service. • “User”: any person authorized by the Customer to access the platform. • “Subscription”: the plan chosen by the Customer to access Kuttab services for a defined period. • “Order”: the act by which the Customer validates the subscription to a Kuttab offer or service.

4. Services

Kuttab provides digital services allowing the management of learners, registrations, attendance, absences, memorization progress, payments, reports, parent communication and daily center administration. Kuttab reserves the right to improve its services and to add, modify or remove certain features in order to enhance the quality of the platform.

5. Placing an Order

After choosing the desired offer or service, the Customer validates the order through the website or any other official channel provided by Kuttab. Order validation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. In case of an error during the order process, the Customer may contact Kuttab within 24 hours to request a correction or cancellation, provided that the service has not yet been activated.

6. Prices

Prices for Kuttab services are indicated in Moroccan dirhams unless otherwise stated. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order or subscription. Kuttab reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that services already ordered will be charged according to the prices accepted at the time of order validation.

7. Order Execution

After order validation and payment confirmation, Kuttab activates the service as soon as possible. The activation time may vary depending on the selected plan, requested configuration, possible data migration and the availability of required information provided by the Customer.

8. Delivery and Service Activation

As Kuttab services are mainly digital, no physical delivery is provided unless otherwise specified. Access to the service is provided through login credentials, a customer account or online configuration. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for account activation and for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.

9. Payment Method

To pay for an order or subscription, the Customer chooses one of the payment methods offered by Kuttab. Payments may be made through the methods available at the time of the order. When online payment is available, it is processed through a secure platform. The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

10. Data Confidentiality

The information provided by the Customer is necessary for account creation, service activation, administrative follow-up, invoicing and support. Kuttab undertakes to process this information confidentially and to take reasonable measures to protect the data against unauthorized access. The Customer may request correction of their personal data.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

The Customer may request cancellation of the subscription according to the conditions applicable to the subscribed offer. Where the service has already been activated, configured or used, refund may be limited or refused depending on the progress of the service. Kuttab favors a simple and transparent policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

12. Warranty and Support

Kuttab undertakes to provide a functional, secure and regularly improved service. Support may be provided by email, phone, WhatsApp or any other official channel. The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized access, incorrect information provided by the Customer, poor Internet connection or any event beyond Kuttab’s control.

13. Proof of Transactions

Data recorded by Kuttab and its payment providers constitutes proof of orders, payments, subscriptions and transactions carried out between the Customer and Kuttab.

14. Force Majeure

Kuttab shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations when such failure or delay results from a force majeure event or a cause beyond its control, including general Internet outages, interruption of external services, natural disasters, administrative decisions or any other unforeseeable event.
